Location of the Villa for your Cooking Lesson
This 16th century traditional Tuscan farm house villa is located in the hamlet of Agliati, and is ideally located a mere 45 minutes from Florence, Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano and just one hour from Siena, Lucca, Chianti and an hour and a half from Cinque Terre.
The villa itself is nestled on the top a Tuscan hill and surrounded by cypress trees, olive orchards and rolling vineyards and offers a 360° panoramic view that is simply a feast for the eyes.
The property is connected by charmingly dusty roads leading to ancient hamlets and offers its guests an opportunity to enjoy a leisurely walk in the countryside.

Please note - accommodations and transporation are not included for this one day class, but may be obtained separately, upon request and based on availability.

The garden itself is a prize for the eyes. The large patio with its beautiful hanging wisteria vine is the ideal place to lay down and read or to eat 'al fresco'.
A perfect villa for a wonderful Tuscan cooking holiday, for a family reunion or for a large group of friends. The villa can welcome up to 15 people. (8 cooking guests). On its ground floor lies a kitchen with a large marble table, making it an ideal place to experience the cooking classes offered during the week.
There is also a large living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a dining room, one bathroom and the access to the outside patio and garden furnished for 'al fresco' dinners.
Terms of Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Payment is due in full to confirm your lesson and is non-refundable unless the class is canceled by the school itself for unforeseen reasons at which time your payment will be returned in full.
Unfortunately, no exceptions will be made to this policy and we highly advise you to purchase travel insurance in the event of emergency, illness, change in your itinerary, accident or act of God, which we are not responsible for covering.
