Culinary professionals and connoisseurs of good food alike travel from all over the word come to come to Siena and learn the art of cooking from this fabulous Tuscan chef who has adapted and refined traditional recipes that can be traced back to Medieval times drawing on a lifetime's experience and professionalism.
Your fabulous chef has perfected her knowledge of the Culinary Arts at schools of Haute Cuisine both in Italy and abroad.
She collaborates with several popular cooking magazines, as well as appears on local and national television programs and she was also selected by the Region of Tuscany to represent Tuscan cuisine at a national level.
Your chef instructor is certified by the AICI (Association of Instructors of Italian Cooking), a member of the FIC (Federation of Italian Cooks), and has written a cookbook.. Furthermore the school works with the Association of Sommeliers and with several Vineyards where you can arrange to taste the best local and Italian wines: Brunello di Montalcino Chianti Nobile di Montepulciano Vernaccia di San Gimignano and more.
The cooking lessons are hands-on and approximately four hours long, including the meal; however, it is also possible to book a full day lesson on request.
Each cooking lesson is followed by a hearty meal where you will dine on your wonderful creations prepared during your cooking lesson.You can opt to take one or more lessons, and the lessons can be private or small groups. Group lessons are generally held from Monday to Wednesday at 5 pm and include the preparation of a full Italian, Tuscan dinner menu - from appetizer to dessert.
The school is located in the Siena city center and is easily reachable on foot and by car. When arriving by car, one can leave it at the Santa Caterina parking garage that is located very close to the school. Siena is a small, marvelous, medieval city where any point in the city is easily and quickly reachable on foot.
Private lessons are available seven days a week at 10 am - no minimum number of students to book a private lesson (pricing is determined by the number of participants - see below under private lessons)

Discounts available for large groups. Private lessons available - please inquire for details and pricing. Minimum of 2 for group lessons and private lessons are available for one or more persons.
Please note - accommodations and transportation are not included for this one day class, but may be obtained separately, upon request and based on availability.
Terms of Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Payment is due in full to confirm all private and group lessons and is non-refundable within 60 days of booking unless the class is canceled by the school itself for unforeseen reasons at which time your payment will be returned in full.
Unfortunately, no exceptions will be made to this policy and we highly advise you to purchase travel insurance in the event of emergency, illness, change in your itinerary, accident or act of God, which we are not responsible for covering.
