Tasting Wine White Wine : “PALADINO DOCG” FIANO DI AVELLINO (late harvest) – Wine Producer : Colli di Castelfranci
Description : Fiano is an ancient vine and it was imported into this region from Latin in Lapio, hills on East of Avellino. The wine harvest begins in November each year, and the vinification in stainless steel tanks and refining in the bottle for about 6 months.
The color is golden yellow, like straw and the bouquet is acacia and honey with persistent notes of mineral and apricots.
First Course
Paccheri di Gragnano Napolitan pasta stuffed with smoked mozzarella cheese and eggplant in a tomato sauce
Tasting Wine White Wine : “PER EVA” – Wine Producer: San Francesco Amalfi
Description of the wine:
Mountain vineyard about 500 Mt. S.L. located in the Tramonti in the Amalfi area
This wine is a mix of three local grapes as FALANGHINA , GINESTRA (native vine located only in Amalfi Coast) and Pepella (local Picolit).
Period of harvest is end of October, the maturation is 10 months in stainless steel tanks and then 3 months of refining in the bottles. This is a “wine aging”, the color is straw yellow and its bouquet is rich in minerals with hints of sage and thyme.
Review : 2 Glasses from the prestigious Gambero Rosso guide and Espresso this wine’s preferred from Mr. Justine Timbarlake , Ms Jessica Biel and Mr. Denzel Washington celebrated his last wedding anniversary with this wine.

Pork in Patanegra with broccoli pie and roast potatoes
Tasting Wine Red Wine : “Cantari Aglianico Reserve” – Wine Producer : Janare
Description : Aglianico is an old vine located mainly in Sannio Area (Benevento)
The harvest period begins in November each year, and it has a classic red vinification in stainless steel tanks before transferring to French Barrels for 10 months and the refining in the bottles for 6 months
The color is deep ruby red and the bouquet contains persistent hints of wild amarena cherries and blackberries.

Tasting Wine : “Vesuvius Apricot Distillate” – Wine Producer : Sorrentino Vesuvio
Description : Distillate made with only apricot cultivated in Vesuvio mountains.

Tasting Wine White Wine : “GRECO DI TUFO DOCG” – Wine Producer: Colli di Castelfranci
Description: It’s an old vine imported from Hellens in Tufo town , small city located in Avellino Province.
This vine was narrated by Virgilio in his “Georgiche” during Ist Century B.C.
The period of harvest is end of October and vinification is in stainless steel tanks, then refining in the bottles for 3 -4 months The color is an intense straw yellow and the prominent bouquets are apricot, pear, almond and apples.
First Course
Fresh Noodles handmade with porcini mushrooms , red prawn and nuts
Tasting Wine Red Wine: “Quattro Spine Reserve” - Wine Producer : San Francesco Amalfi
Description : This is a mix of three local grapes - Aglianico, Tintore (secular grape imported from Hellens people in Amalfi area and It’s located only in this area. The plants are 300 years old) and Piedirosso
The period of harvest is beginning of November and the maturation is 3 months in stainless steel tanks then 10 months in little wooden barrels then 12 months in even larger wooden barrels before refining in
the bottles for 6 months. This is a wine is three years old. – The color is a deep ruby red and its bouquet is filled with cherry , berries and dewberry.
Second Course
Thinly sliced grilled Benevento’Steak with wild rocket and cherry tomatoes cooked in red wine “Aglianico” and anise with roast potatoes
Tasting Wine Red Wine : Taurasi DOCG VIGNA CINQUE QUERCE – Wine Producer: Salvatore Molettieri
Description : Aglianico or named also “Vitis Hellenica” imported by Romany people on hills East of Avellino.The period of harvest is the beginning of November , classic red vinification long maceration with skins. The refining period is 30 months in French oak barrels and then 6 months in the bottles. The color is a deep ruby red , and it’s bouquet has hints of tobacco , cherry , violet and red berries

Description : Fiano di Avellino , Period of harvest October – Wintering grapes for 3 months – Fermentation in January in barrels for 6 months and refining in the bottles for 2 months.

Please note that transportation is not included in the price of either option, though we would be happy to arrange transportation for an additional charge. All additional items not mentioned above are at the expense and discretion of the client. We apologize, but we will not be held responsible for any additional purchases of menu items requested by the client on the day of the tasting.
To reserve this tasting, we require a non-refundable deposit of 30 euro per person with the remaining balance due on the date of the tasting. We also require a major credit card on file and reserve the right to charge the client in full for cancellation within 72 hours of the booking.
