This is a VERY SPECIAL opportunity that you won't want to miss! It's a full day of collecting fruit (peasants do most of the work but you are invited to participate as much as you wish!) wine tasting and a hands-on cooking lesson held on a private property in the heart of Sorrento.
Itinerary for the Day
9:30 am - Arrival and welcome with a lovely cappuccino and you'll enjoy a light home cooked breakfast while you discuss the cooking lesson and wine harvest activities of day
10:00 am - Prepare a multi-course classic harvest menu made with fresh local products under the watchful eye of the local gals who will warm your hearts!
11:30 am - Collect grapes and mingle with the farmers to learn the process of making wine!
2:00 pm - Join the family and wine makers in the garden for your wonderful meal based on the fruits of your labor.
4:00 pm - Arrivederci to the villa and your new friends for the day!
The cooking portion of the program is based on traditional Italian cuisine, with a particular emphasis on Neapolitan recipes. All the recipes will be clearly demonstrated in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
This is a very special and unique opportunity to learn about local wines and it is one of the highlights of the day! At the end of the day, you'll enjoy a delicious meal based on the fruits of your labor - by the pool or under a Pergolato.

140 euro per person
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT INFORMATION:
A booking deposit of 40 euro per person is necessary to confirm your placement in the one day wine harvest event, as described above. The remaining balance is due no less than 45 days prior to the date of the event.
Cancellation made by the client 45 days or more in advance of the date of the event will result in 50% cancellation fee. If client cancels their reservation 44 days or less before the scheduled date of the event, penalty if 100% of monies paid.
If the event is canceled by the hosts, monies paid to Ciao Laura, LLC will be returned in full. We highly advise you to purchase travel insurance in the event of emergency, illness, change in your itinerary, accident or act of God, which we are not responsible for covering. Transportation is not included in the price of this event.
The host reserves the right to alter its programs. No refund or make-up classes will be provided to clients who miss their scheduled programs.
