Come and enjoy all that Sorrento has to offer by staying in the heart of town in a beautiful villa
Sorrentina. Your two-night package allows you to relax and enjoy all that this charming city has
to offer, as well as learn all the secrets in making the perfect Napolitan pizza in a special 3 course
cooking class.
DAY ONE
Arrive at 2 pm and check in to your top floor Queen Terrace Suite, complete with private
sunbeds, patio setting and outdoor shower. Your queen room (twin configuration also
available) has it’s own private bathroom and provides you with all the comforts you’d expect
from any fine quality hotel.
Laze on your terrace or enjoy the sites of Sorrento for the afternoon, and upon return enjoy a
complimentary aperitivo prior to you heading out and enjoying one of the many renowned local
restaurants just a few minutes walk away. (meal not included)
DAY TWO
After a glorious nights rest, arise to a gourmet buffet breakfast served downstairs on the Pool
Terrace up until 9:00 am.
At 10 am get ready ‘to get your hands dirty’ with your special 3 course
cooking lesson focusing on the art of Napolitan pizza making. You will then enjoy the fruits
of your labor at lunch on the Pool Terrace. Once finished, you are free to laze by the pool, relax
in the formal lounge or enjoy another afternoon of site seeing in Sorrento.
DAY THREE
To ensure you are completely relaxed, take advantage of late check out at 12 pm at which
time we will then transport you to your local ferry or bus station for your departure.

- 2 nights accommodation in a Queen Terrace Suite
- Hands-on Pizza Making Class (as below)
- Late checkout at 12 pm
- Continental Buffet Breakfast served on the Pool Terrace
- Welcome aperitivo served in guest room or on the pool terrace
Description of your pizza lesson:
Come to Sorrento and learn the art of the traditional Italian pizza – a dish at the heart of every
Napolitano. Set in the kitchen of a typical villa Sorrentina, your hands-on class focuses on the
essential techniques needed to recreate the perfect pizza in your home.
Unique to Ciao Laura,
your special 3-course class also includes a typical Italian entrée and desert, all of which will be
enjoyed at lunch on the pool terrace.
Ciao Laura Menu:
Entrée – Involtini di Peperoni or Parmigiana di Melanzane (depending on ingredients of the day)
Main – Pizza making (various toppings supplied, then cooked in the traditional wood fire oven)
Dessert – Torta Caprese or Tiramisu (depending on ingredients of the day)
Pizza never tasted this good and once you have practiced making your own authentic Neapolitan style pizza, you will be equipped with the necessary skills to recreate the experience right in the comforts of your very own home (alas, perhaps without the lemon trees, unless you are very lucky!)

Terms of Payment and Cancellation Policy:
A 20% non-refundable deposit is due to confirm your lesson. The remaining balance is due in on arrival. We also require a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card number on file to reserve this package.
The deposit is non-refundable unless the class is canceled by the school itself for unforeseen reasons at which time any monies paid will be returned in full, less credit card or wiring fees.
Cancellation Policy for the 2-Night Package:
Packaged Getaways: 70% of the package price with be charged for
bookings cancelled 14 days or less prior to date of
expected arrival.
In the event of a no-show, early departure or
cancellation with less than 5 days notice the full booking
charge will apply. For special event dates such as Public
Holidays, Christmas and Easter 70% of the total booking charge will apply for bookings cancelled or amended 30 days or less
prior to arrival.
