9:30 am Pick up of the guests from Piazza Tasso in Sorrento
10:00 am Upon arrival, Sara will provide a brief overview of the lesson explaing the menu of the day and giving each participant a book of recipes, the school’s apron and the shopping bag.
Menus are focused on Mediterranean recipes and Neapolitan typical dishes including local appetizers (arancini di riso or ricotta fritters), pasta and local desserts such as tiramisu, lemon delite or babà.
11:15 am First tasting of the appetizer prepared (generally fritters!) with a flute of sparkling prosecco wine
1:00 pm The lesson has come to the end and finally everyone can join together at the big dining table to eat what has been prepared and enjoy local Campania wine, Neapolitan espresso and limoncello liqueur as a digestive.tasting
2:00 pm Return to Sorrento
Lessons are taught in English and the excursion includes the following:
A wide selection of school's tools and utensils , as well as Campania DOC wines and limoncello liqueur, are available at the boutique you will find within the school.

Minimum of 4 students per class - please inquire if you have less students, as you may be able to join another group lesson.
A 25% non-refundable deposit along with a credit card number (Visa or Mastercard only) on file is necessary to confirm your booking in a one day cooking lesson.
The remaining balance is due upon arrival - paid in cash and is 100% non-refundable in the event of a cancellation by the client, meaning that the school reserves the right to charge the credit card for the balance due in the event of a no show or cancellation by the client.
No charge or penalty will be made if the clients cancels his/her reservation at least 8 days in advance of the cooking lesson; however, the 14 euro deposit remains non-refundable.
The school reserves the right to alter its programs.
No refund or make-up classes will be provided to students who miss their scheduled classes.
