10 AM – 2 PM
10:00 am Upon arrival your English speaking translator will provide a brief overview of the lesson explaing the menu of the day and giving each participant a book of recipes, the school’s apron and the shopping bag.
Menus are focused on Mediterranean recipes and Neapolitan typical dishes including local appetizers (arancini di riso or ricotta fritters), pasta and local desserts such as tiramisu, lemon delite or babà.
11:15 am First tasting of the appetizer prepared (generally fritters!) with a flute of sparkling prosecco wine
1:00 pm The lesson has come to the end and finally everyone can join together at the big dining table to eat what has been prepared and enjoy local Campania wine, Neapolitan espresso and limoncello liqueur as a digestive.tasting
2:00 pm Return to Sorrento
