Join your hosts for a one day, hands-on cooking lesson in Sorrento. This class is taught by a local chef and will teach you the basic skills necessary to make a three-course Neapolitan style dinner using seasonally fresh ingredients - many of which are grown right on the property.
During your class you will learn to make authentic Neapolitan family secrets such as delicious pizzas, sweet and savory tarts and delicious seafood dishes.
The menu varies day-to-day, but the foods prepared are always delicious and the daily menu includes preparation of an appetizer, main course and a dolce.
Upon completion of your cooking lesson, you will join your fellow students and world travelers alike, engaging in conversation and a enjoying a meal based on the fruits of your labor.

Transporation is not included in the price of this lesson but it can be arranged for a small fee.
Classes are taught in small groups and each class begins at 4:30 pm daily (occassionally the classes are held at 11:30 am, please inquire about a specific date for planning purposes).
Classes held at 4:30 pm will conclude with supper served at 8:00 pm. Non-cooking guests are welcome to join the cooking students for a full three-course meal for a price of 18 euro per person Wine is not included in the price of the meal, but it available for a nominal charge on the day of the meal.
Upon special request, this class can be booked for private groups for a late moning/early afternoon session.

Payment is due in full to confirm your lesson and is non-refundable unless the class is canceled by the school itself for unforeseen reasons at which time your payment will be returned in full.
