Forms of Payment include: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Check or Cash (USD only)

A 3% credit card processing fee will be added to all credit card and Pay Pal payments, as all programs reflect cash pricing. In the event of class cancellation, per the terms and agreement of the class, program or excursion, all wiring fees or otherwise will not be refunded.

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. If the client fails to pay an invoice at the exchange rate at which the class is quoted and the currency exchange rate increases due to market fluctuation, Ciao Laura, LLC has the right to reconfigure the invoice to reflect the current exchange rate due; however, if the exchange rate is less than the time of quote and the client has already made a payment, in no circumstance will Ciao Laura, LLC reimburse the difference in currency exchange.
