Description of the course:
This course is set in an authentic Italian dolceria, located in the center of Amalfi. You simply will not believe your eyes when you see all of the wonderful dolce produced in this sweet laboratory by our professional pastry chefs.
You’ll be welcomed by the lovely owner Mafy, who will greet you with a welcome coffee and a few sweet treats before your lesson.
This course will introduce you to the classic flavors of the Amalfi Coast. There are two options for the day - preparation of classic dolce from Amalfi OR limoncello.
Torta caprese: Chocolate and almond typical tart
Torta d’Amalfi: Lemon sponge cake
Scorze di agrumi canditi: Candied lemon & orange peel
Or
Limoncello da fare a casa – Limoncello (homemade)

Classes are offered year-round (excluding major holidays)
Classes Begin at 2:30 pm (Approximately 2 Hours)
The price includes all ingredients, demonstration and tasting of the final product. Minimum 3 persons Maximum 20 persons - discount available to large groups
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT INFORMATION:
A non-refundable deposit of 20 euro (per person) is necessary to confirm your booking in Simply Gelato™.
The remaining of 80 euro is due upon arrival - paid in cash (euro only please). If the class is canceled by the chef, your deposit will be returned in full, less credit card or wiring fees, if applicable.
We highly advise you to purchase travel insurance in the event of emergency, illness, change in your itinerary, accident or act of God, which we are not responsible for covering.
