Meet your your Tuscan gastronomic host for a guided tour of the San Lorenze Market in Florence where you will mingle with the vendors and have an opportunity to feel like a native Tuscan for the day!
Once you've explored the market, you will proceed to the kitchen for a wonderful hands-on class.
This hands-on cooking lesson covers traditional, home-style Tuscan and Italian recipes. Many people like this approach as they come away feeling they've had a real holiday, having enjoyed the wonderfully intense flavors & freshness of traditional Italian dishes.
Participants cook and enjoy dishes prepared using fresh, natural ingredients. A complete meal such as an appetizer, pasta dish, vegetable or meat dish and then a dessert is prepared every day and is accompanied by the wine which best complements it.

Terms of Payment and Cancellation Policy:
A non-refundable deposit of 36 Euro per person is due to confirm your lesson. The remaining balance of 144 Euro per person is due in cash on the day of the excursion (euro only please).
The deposit is non-refundable unless the class is canceled by the school for unforeseen reasons at the time of booking and all deposits will be returned in full. Please note that the price does not include transportation.
We highly advise you to purchase travel insurance in the event of emergency, illness, change in your itinerary, accident or act of God, which we are not responsible for covering. Under no circumstances shall we be held responsible for any additional refunds of purchases made by the students for travel related expenses, or otherwise.
