A classic Venetian Kitchen
Spend time with your English speaking Venetian hosts shopping for fresh ingredients and visiting their personal garden picking fresh vegetables and herbs (seasonal) before learning to make classic Venetian recipes in a traditional Venetian kitchen.
This is a fun, informal and relaxed setting where you'll learn to cook simple, everyday recipes which are easy to recreate back home. The class includes an appetizer, main course, side dish and dessert. Locals wines included. On arrival, you'll be welcomed with a traditional sparkling beverage.
The hands-on cooking class is taught in English and is approximately four hours long and includes a recipe booklet in English with the recipes of the day.
The cooking lesson takes place from 10 am to 1 pm with lunch based on the fruits of your labor. All meals are served with local white and red wine. On arrival a selection of local cold meats, breads and cheeses and local wines will be offered for tasting.

Transportation to/from Venice is available for an additional 10 euro per person. Meeting time is 9 am at the Tronchetto water bus stop in Venice with drop off around 2:30 pm

A non-refundable deposit of 40 euro (per person) is necessary to confirm your booking in a one day cooking lesson. The remaining balance is due upon arrival - paid in cash (euro only please).
We also require a credit card number to reserve your placement in this course. The credit card will not be charged for the remaining balance due unless we receive cancellation by the client after the initial booking (upon receipt of your non-refundable deposit) and in this case, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for the balance due in the event of a no show or cancellation for any reason.
Once we receive your deposit, we will provide directions to the meeting point to begin your wonderful culinary adventure in Venice. Please note - transportation to/from this location is not included in the price and is available at 10 euro per person with a meeting point in central Venice.
Please note that no credit will be given for anyone who decides not to cook after the initial deposit is received, and the client will still be responsible for paying for the person if you do not show for class or decide that you no longer wish to participate. If the class is canceled by the hosts, your deposit will be returned in full less wiring fees, if applicable.
We highly advise you to purchase travel insurance in the event of emergency, illness, change in your itinerary, accident or act of God, which we are not responsible for covering. This includes missed transfers and connections and if the client is not able to find the driver, you agree to call the number provided in the confirmation letter and not hold us responsible for a missed transfer.
