Join your hosts, friends and family in Florence to experience the feeling of living like a native Tuscan for a day! This wonderful hands-on class is located in the historic center of Florence (walking distance to the Accademia) and is family-friendly and great for travelers of all ages.

This class covers traditional, home-style Tuscan and Italian recipes. Many people like this approach as they come away feeling they've had a real holiday, having enjoyed the wonderfully intense flavors & freshness of traditional Italian dishes.

You'll be cooking in a classic private apartment located in central Florence, allowing you the opportunity to see firsthand how a typical Italian family lives, and  to step out before & after class to see world-heritage sites such as the Duomo or take a bus ride up to the beautiful hill station of Fiesole.

The classes are held in a friendly atmosphere and you have the chance to make new friends and learn a few secrets from your super friendly native Tuscan cooking instructor. All groups are kept small so that each student receives personal attention during the course.

Participants cook and enjoy dishes prepared using fresh, natural ingredients. A complete meal such as an appetizer, pasta dish, vegetable or meat dish and then a dessert is prepared every day and is accompanied by the wine which best complements it.

Lessons are held at 9:30 am or 4:00 pm, based on availability (Approximately 4 hours, including the meal following your lesson)

Minimum of 2 persons per class

Accompanying persons can join for the meal only following he lesson at a price of 30 Euro per person. Advance reservations are mandatory.

Terms of Payment and Cancellation Policy:

A non-refundable deposit of 28 Euro per person is due to confirm your lesson. The remaining balance of 112 Euro per person is due in cash on the day of the excursion (euro only please).

The deposit is non-refundable unless the class is canceled by the school itself for unforeseen reasons at which time any monies paid will be returned in full, less credit card or wiring fees. Please note that the price does not include transportation to/from the cooking lesson.

We highly advise you to purchase travel insurance in the event of emergency, illness, change in your itinerary, accident or act of God, which we are not responsible for covering. Under no circumstances shall we be held responsible for any additional refunds of purchases made by the students for travel related expenses, or otherwise.
