Enjoy a one of a kind cooking lesson taught by a locally famous chef, who is a native of Capri. In this class, the chef will introduce you to authentic Caprese and Neapolitan recipes in the comfort of a beautiful private villa and gardens, situated in the hillside town of Anacapri.
During your cooking lesson, your chef instructor will teach you the secrets of incorporating fresh ingredients from the garden into local Neapolitan recipes such as eggplant parmigiana, stuffed zucchini flowers or risotto a limone
for a starter followed with a fish dish 'all'acqua pazza', insalata verde
and the traditional torta Caprese.
