The one-day hands-on cooking lesson class provides a short culinary adventure
through
traditional Italian family recipes in a farmhouse setting with lovely Tuscan hosts!
Description: This hands-on course covers traditional, home-style Tuscan and Italian recipes.
During the class you will enjoy wonderfully intense flavors & freshness of traditional Italian dishes cooked in an evocative stone farmhouse in the hills of Chianti, surrounded by vineyard & olive groves.
The classes are held in a friendly atmosphere where you will have an opportunity to make new friends and learn a few Tuscan cooking secrets from your wonderful hosts.
Participants learn to prepare a traditional Tuscan multi-course meal using fresh, organic ingredients.
Each class teaches the student a complete meal, including an appetizer, pasta dish, a vegetable or meat dish and then a dessert and is accompanied by the wines that best complements the meal.

This class is perfect for solo travelers as there is no minimum number of students per class.
We offer special group lessons and pricing for children and parties of 6 or more - please inquire at info@ciaolaura.com
Non-cooking companions are welcome to join the group for a meal following the lesson at a rate of 30 Euro per person payable on the day of the meal.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT INFORMATION:
A non-refundable deposit of 33 Euro per person is necessary to confirm your booking in a one day cooking lesson.
The remaining balance of 132 Euro per person is due upon arrival - paid in cash (euro only please). If the class is canceled by the chef, your deposit will be returned in full, less credit card or wiring fees, if applicable.
All special menu requests and private classes require a non-refundable payment in full to book the class - no exceptions.
We highly advise you to purchase travel insurance in the event of emergency, illness, change in your itinerary, accident or act of God, which we are not responsible for covering.
