The cooking classes are held in a friendly atmosphere and include a multi-course meal including an appetizers, a pasta dish, a vegetable or meat dish and then a dessert is prepared is accompanied by the wine which best complements it.
We will be more than happy to assist you with arranging transportation to/from Florence via bus - please inquire at time of booking.

Non-cooking guest are welcome to join the cooking students for a meal following the lesson at a rate of 30 euro per person (adults).
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT INFORMATION:
A non-refundable deposit of 31 euro per child and 33 euro per person age 15 and over is necessary to confirm your booking in a one day cooking lesson.
The remaining balance of 64 euro per child and 132 euro per person ages 15 and over is due upon arrival - paid in cash (euro only please). If the class is canceled by the chef, your deposit will be returned in full, less credit card or wiring fees, if applicable.
All special menu requests and private classes require a non-refundable payment in full to book the class - no exceptions.
We highly advise you to purchase travel insurance in the event of emergency, illness, change in your itinerary, accident or act of God, which we are not responsible for covering.
