Here is a sample menu selection prepared by one of our favorite chefs along the Amalfi Coast, Tiziano. Chef Tiziano and his lovely wife Mafalda also own a wonderful pasty shop in Amalfi.
In addition to traditional menus, we also offer PIZZA PARTIES and PIZZA MAKING DEMONSTRATIONS for you and your guests in the comfort of your own apt. or villa. Please inquire for more details!
Tuscany!
If you are in Tuscany, we have a nice selection of personal chefs in your area. Our chef caters to parties of 2 to 20 people in your villa or apartment in the Chianti region, Tuscany and Siena and will cater to your every need.
Hands-on cooking lessons are available to your entire family (including a special course designed just for children!), right in the luxury of your very own villa. If you are not staying in a villa, please let us know and we can make arrangements to visit her cucina for a lesson.
