Location of the Cooking School
The Ciao Roma program takes place in the Chef in Italy® Cooking School, located into the Grand Hotel Terme di Stigliano Spa Resort, a well known resort not far from Rome (Note - this program does NOT take place in the actual city of Rome, but rather in the province).
The school is located in the village of Bracciano, a mere 40 KM from the “eternal city of Rome”. The Grand Hotel Terme is a beautiful modern hotel and spa, surrounded by picturesque botanical gardens and park in the magnifiscent Roman countryside.
