Arriving at the International Airport in Naples (Capodichino), you will be located and greeted by an English speaking local guide.Your driver will bring you directly to your host accommodations in Sorrento where clean, warm, and cozy accommodations are anxioiusly awaiting your stay in Sorrento.
If your arrive early enough, you may take a leisurely walk to downtown Sorrento and let the ocean breeze take away your fatigue from the long flight. For those who arrive late or prefer to just rest, stay relaxed at a B & B where friendly host famiy will make you feel right at home.
Day Two
A visit to the oldest olive oil producers in Sorrento, which is renowned for the best olive oil in the area, in fact the quality has been certified from the EU Agricultural department of the quality
control origin “DOC”.
Your trip to the olive oil mill will be followed by a great wine tasting expedition to learn about the D.O.C. Campania wine. On'Aniello is a delightful farmer who will welcome you to his vineyard. You will tour his gardens that reflect the typical and characteristic vegetation of the area.

Return to Sant' Agnello for a light lunch filled with rich flavors of natural and seasonal ingredients.
After lunch, you are free to discover Sorrento on your own. Enjoy a nice walk along the streets of the historical center, savour the flavors of limoncello and gelato, listen to the Neapolitan sounds of ferries and fishing in the Bay of Naples and smell the fresh aroma of cappuccino that fills the streets of this marvelous ancient seaport.
Return to the cucina for a cooking class to taste the traditional meal of an Italian family. The chef will teach you the basics necessary to understand and appreciate the simplicity of the Neapolitan cuisine while you prepare a delicious menu. A sample menu includes fresh pasta, chicken cacciatore and a pastry such as a Sorrentine lemon tart.
Day Three
After breakfast, the chef will reveal some of his Neapolitan cooking secrets. You will spend the day in the kitchen where you will learn how to prepare dough for a genuine Neapolitan pizza and of course, taste the fruits (or pie) of your labour!
For the finale you will learn how to make a fruit filled dessert, such as a fruit tart, mousse or Baba ( a delicious rum-soaked sponge cake!).
Day Four
Private transfer to the Naples airport.
Time to say Arriverderci and Buon Viaggio to Sorrento!

Should the school need to cancel your class, a full refund, less a $50 per person, non-refundable booking fee, will be made. Any complaints must be made before the end of your stay or they will not be honored.

No refund or make-up classes will be provided to students who miss their scheduled classes.
